A group of language students also achieved FCSE in French (Foundation GCSE level).  Certificates were also presented for the British Safety Council accreditation 'Health & Safety in the Workplace' Level 2 Award which is a nationally recognised qualifciation and an industry standard.  Two students, Aidan and Cezary received their full Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award, while others gained section awards in Bronze Expedition, Voluteering, Physical or Skill.

This year we welcomed Mrs Alex Kenneth from Entrust Careers Service to make the presentations.  Mrs Kenneth also presented Mrs Yvonne Thirlaway with a glass trophy marking her success in gaining 'The Quality in Careers Standard'.

Congratulations to all on great personal achievements!  Mrs Wright thanked all parents and carers for their support in enabling the students to work collaboratively with school staff to make such excellent progress and attain nationally recognised qualifications.
