Spring Blooms to admire! - 25/04/2018

The unseasonally hot weather last week brought forth a beautiful display of Spring bulbs outside the school entrance and throughout the grounds.  The varieties of daffodils reflected William Wordsworth's "Host of Golden Daffodils" which never fail to bring cheer, as they seem to be dancing, expressing energy and joy, and are a sign of better things to come.

Mr Whewell and his team of gardeners are to be congratulated on their success in yielding such a lovely display.  Sincere thanks to Lynda of the Lions Club of Leek , who donated bulbs for planting in the Autumn which have produced such a colourful vista this Spring.

Let's hope for a lovely Summer to enjoy all the outdoor activities which have been planned by staff!
